1. Commitment to EU & UK GDPR

Zetaleap is engineered from the ground up around Privacy by Design and data minimization principles under Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (GDPR) and the UK GDPR, serving European and global enterprise IT teams.

2. Your Rights Under GDPR (Articles 15–22)

Right of Access & Portability: Request a machine-readable export of your account metadata and stored objects.
Right to Rectification: Update your profile and corporate contact details directly under /profile.
Right to Erasure ("Right to be Forgotten"): Delete SFTP profiles, R2 Vault files, Drive objects, and API tokens immediately via self-service UI/API or request full account purge within 72 hours.
Right to Restrict Processing: Revoke any Personal Access Token instantaneously with zero propagation delay.

3. Data Processing Addendum (DPA) & Standard Contractual Clauses

For EU/EEA and UK corporate controllers integrating Zetaleap SFTP Gateway or Zetaleap Drive into production Power Platform tenants, we provide a counter-signed GDPR Data Processing Addendum (DPA) incorporating Standard Contractual Clauses (SCCs). Request your copy at support_team@zetaleap.com.
