Privacy Policy
Transparent data handling, zero payload training, and minimal metadata retention across Zetaleap.
1. Data Controller & Scope
Zetaleap ("we", "our", "us") provides serverless Cloud APIs, Microsoft Power Platform Custom Connectors, and enterprise consulting at https://zetaleap.com. This Privacy Policy applies to all visitors, registered developers, and enterprise clients.
2. Information We Collect
- Account Identity: Username, name, corporate email address, and salted PBKDF2 password hash when you register an account.
- Service Configuration Data: Shortened URLs, Zetaleap Drive files explicitly uploaded by you, and SFTP connection profiles configured by you.
- Operational Telemetry: Aggregate HTTP status codes, token last-used timestamps, and security audit logs required to prevent abuse.
3. Zero Payload Retention on Transform APIs
Documents, LLM prompts, and Markdown/HTML strings transmitted to POST /api/tools/convert and URLs checked via POST /api/tools/validate-url are processed strictly in ephemeral Worker memory. We never store, sell, share, or train AI models on your API request payloads.
4. Sub-Processors & Infrastructure
Zetaleap runs on Cloudflare, Inc. serverless infrastructure (Cloudflare Workers, D1 SQL, and R2 Object Storage) compliant with ISO/IEC 27001, SOC 2 Type II, and EU-U.S. Data Privacy Framework standards.
5. Contact & Deletion Requests
You may delete individual tokens, short links, Drive files, and SFTP profiles directly in the dashboard at any time, or request complete account erasure by emailing support_team@zetaleap.com.
