Clear operational terms governing Zetaleap Cloud APIs, Custom Connectors, and Enterprise Consulting.
1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing zetaleap.com, importing Zetaleap Power Platform Custom Connectors, or calling Zetaleap REST APIs, you agree to these Terms of Service.
2. Permitted Enterprise & Developer Use
You may integrate Zetaleap APIs into commercial and internal workflows (including Microsoft Power Automate, Power Apps, Copilot Studio, Logic Apps, and Power BI). You agree not to use Zetaleap URL Shortener, Drive, or SFTP Gateway for phishing, malware distribution, unauthorized network scanning, or unlawful content.
3. Free Self-Serve & Unlimited Partner Quotas
Self-serve Developer accounts are provided free of charge subject to fair-use edge rate limits. Organizations requiring unmetered production throughput may unlock Unlimited Partner Access by contacting support_team@zetaleap.com.
4. Customer Data Ownership
You retain 100% ownership and intellectual property rights over all files, Markdown/HTML content, URLs, and workflows processed through Zetaleap.
5. Service Availability & Support
Live operational health is published transparently at /status. Custom SLAs and dedicated single-tenant Worker deployments are available under separate Enterprise Consulting agreements.
